I am the only daughter of four siblings and I was born third.
That means, I am technically a middle born child. In Malay, I’d be called Kak Ngah Kak Lang. Correct me if I’m wrong.
Growing with boys siblings, cornered in every angle, most people would expect me to become less girly.
In fact, I did experience the phase where I hated dresses so much that I would put up a tantrum every time mom forced me to try on a dress at the clothing shop. I think I was 10 or 11 when I had that.
I preferred long pants or Bermuda shorts that was one or two size bigger than my actual size so that the hem of the shorts would sit 3 inches below my knees. T-shirts were my besties. Not enough with just the clothing, my behavior too was kind of rough for a girl.
Mom had to persistently nagged me to change my walking style. She insisted that I walked ‘bangkang-bangkang’ while both hands would swayed so high as if I feared people would not noticed my hands. Ha!
Of course, that phase stopped the moment I started receiving ‘love letters’ from boys.
I learned to make myself presentable and … *cough*cough*.. pretty.
Learned to wear make up. Tell you a secret, I started using pencil eye liner when I was 12. No kidding. And eye liner tools have been my favourite make up tool up till today. I started tagging mom to the shop, hoping I could get to pick some nice dresses. Buying hair accessories to done my hair. Learning to smile back at the reflection of myself in the mirror. 
Owh come on! Don’t give me that cheeky smile now. You must have done this before. I still do!
So yeah, I did not turn up a tomboy when I grew up. That sent mom sighing in relief.
In fact, I turned out to be so girlish that I insisted on wearing only dresses when attending dinner functions such as weddings.
Keep my hair long (except for the time I decided to have a boy cut hair style and the male teachers where I did my practicum thought I was a Pengkid) to the extend that I refused to chop my hair when I was 16 (when everyone told me to) for I have bonded so much with my long hair.
Ok, enough about the becoming-tomboy-failed-big-time stories.
I actually wanted to tell you that, currently, I am so much into overalls and man-shirt dress.
What? What?
I am talking about these…
Once before, overalls equals mechanic or handy man cos these are jobs that usually wear overalls as their work uniform. And man shirt…well, it’s a man’s shirt. But the evolution of fashion has made these man’s wear become more feminine. And I am so loving it.
Ba-bah…my palm is itchy. Some shopping sites gonna be very happy soon.

errm…my elder bros and me have 6 years of age different..so while i was still small, they were already staying in hostel. when i was in secondary, they went to further study. so most of the time, me and si con saja selalu sama2. so kalo mo ckp bodyguard…si con saja la bodyguard hehe

Total opposite la our siblings ni.. I only have one brother and 2 sisters..
Remember last time during our teenage years? Guess jeans was the rage? I had one super cute Guess jeans overall-skirt thingy that I wore almost every weekend! with neon color t-shirts! LOL!
Yabah, jeans and neon color t-shirts! i still remember one of my fav neon color blouse was green. silau mata oh haha…but of cos, at that time i havent get to know with guess jeans la moi… even if i know also, couldnt afford it.

i used to wear overall when i was in primary school… i did take a pic wearing it. tapi ntah mana suda tu.. hehe..and for man’s shirt, most of us (women) wear it now.. mungkin sbb, tu baju longgar kan, and angin pun banyak masuk… sangat selesa pakai time cuaca panas skrg hehe
ya, masa kici2 i remember wearing short overall. it was a corduroy maroon overall. my kid bro punya was cream colored. bila kami dua jalan sama2, me also kena cakap boi2 bcos my hair was kinda short tus pakai lagi overall..nmpak juga macm anak lelaki. hehehe
yep, man shirt is so comfy but i actually started liking it after seeing lindsay lohan wore it with style…hehehe

Eii jan ko, i was thinking to ransack his work shirt juga tu cos he has quite a number of nice work shirts. ada yg pink2 lagi tu but bila sa pakai, the shoulder line suma jatuh too low. tanggalam like u said.

i wish i have all my brothers too
but..i guess everything happened for a reason ..hmm..sad stories behind.
sa pun hmpir2 jadi tomboi telajak o..haha..from kindergarten till secondary school. i kept my short hair (heavy with gel lagi) haha..
but..i dont know..maybe becos i studied in all girl school until my secondary years..so tepengaruh dgn dorang kali. baru pndai kasi panjang tu rmabut..hehe

Well, thankfully I’m not into women dressing
but then again, I do feel that sometimes girls in mens cloth are sexy 
hahaha, i guess fashion designers have yet to come up with feminine type of clothes for men. or perhaps they just couldnt make one without getting wrong statement on the fashion.

sama la kita…the third in five and the only daughter..
and till now masi lagi ada unsur2 kasar ni..hehe
when i was teen i remember i hate wearing makeup but mummy always ask me to do so..
well at least kita tida lah jadi un-ladylike berabis kan clare hehehe
on the contrary, biarpun sa tia suka pakai dress but somehow, i love make up. sa pernah tu curi pakai make up mummy sa pi church. that time my mom went traveling. only dad at home. masa di church dia heran kunu kenapa ramai urg tingu2 kami…sekali sdh habis church, baru dia nampak my face yg bertompok2 merah tu make up tida rata. hahaha

Hehehe banyak kawan kawan saya cakap pastikan saya selalu kasih pakai AB dress supaya nanti dia besar dia tidak jadi macam lelaki hahahaha.
Hehehe…suma mothers memang suka kasi pakai daughter dia dress bah apa lagi kalau anak2 yg lain are boys. My mom insisted tapi ntah lah why ada tu phase yg sa inda suka mo jadi girly2 hehehe
