Oukay…I am going for abstinence on seafood.
Yep!
SEAFOOD.
And i so hate to do this cos i like to eat seafood.
Prawn. Scallop. Crab. Clam. Squid. Sea cucumber. Sea weed. Ahhh…semualah!
The thing is…in the past 5 years i have been developing allergy on this food.
Not that serious but enough to send me scratching for days.
Or some time…it remains.
Just like what i have at the back of my neck.
It has been there for 5 years now.
It itches once and in a while.
But itches more when i consumed seafood. Sheeshhhh!
*blush* No i haven’t go to the doctor for medicine to cure it.
But i do know….seafood is the culprit behind its existence.
So… I am going for a week abstinence.
A week only?!
Well…i am such a weakling when it comes to seafood.
So i’ll give myself a time frame.
See if i can handle one week or not.
If i can, I probably can prolong it to one month and who knows by next year…i’m gonna puke looking at seafood.
As if!!!
Give me a try first lah hor?
p/s Im going for a retail therapy today. Anyone wanna follow? pedicure? manicure? Interested? Muahaha

even my bro, adrian, also allergic to seafood. kasian him. whenever we want to eat seafood, he has to skip the seafood part. tapi sashimi he antam. itu garu2 belakang kira dia bilang. Ahaks!
No wonder he didnt take sea food the other day when we went for our ex-itmcs gathering. I was the only one cracking and munching the crabs.

Gayang??? Alalala…i just passed there when going to Nexus the other day. Seeing the place already makes me drool oh. Ishhh….nanti lah tahan2 dulu.

Nasip me tia senasip with u. I love seafood a lot. My boss oso allergic but what he usually do is to have allergy jabs.
Retail Therapy… syiokknya… i had mine when i was in KL the other day. I spent hundreds. fortunately my hubby kept his mouth shut and didn’t say a thing. hehehe
Japs…i dont think i wud go for that but i can stock more Benadril (dunno how to spell that)…like Will Smith in the movie Hitch. Hahaha
Oh..tida smpat shopping ysterday. Only went to pamper me hair and nails. Hee

For the past couple of years, I’ve been having this skin problem which was caused by detergents and triggered by some seafood like prawn - so unfortunately, like you, I have been fasting prawn (although I like prawn lots too) as even a little bit makes my palm itchy. But I am fine with most fish and crabs. Its only prawn and beef for me.

I don’t have food allergy. Well actually only to Daging Kerbau lar. But I am cutting down my seafood intake. Having family history of Hypertension makes me HAVE TO watch my food intake.
i dunno how my cholesterol level is doing currently. i hope it doesnt shoot up cos the few weeks before school holidays, i had Ngau Chap 3-4 times a week. Man!
