What if the Ox starts exercising?
Saturday 1328
Everything has to have a point to start and get going, right?
So, I guess after babbling about Mr. Lazy gotten over me on yesterday’s post… somehow, I feel like my mind is filled up with lots of things, waiting to be spilled out.
And another thing that gets me going… I have not been doing ‘assignments’ for quite some time.
I need to pool up more fund for this year vacation.
It’s already the last day of January.
Time sure flies real quick ya?
One minute, everyone is tossing glasses to usher for the New Year.
Next thing you know, everyone will be tossing for the New Year again, 365 days later.
Many Things-To-Do are playing in my mind so that I can exhaust myself while the Time is cycling faster and faster to reach another new year.
Let’s start with exercise.
Yeah… I think I did blog about getting a regular exercise as one of my resolutions this year, right?
A friend told me she will starts her Yoga session this coming February.
But after much thinking, I am not so sure now if Yoga’s for me.
I mean, it’s too….urmm…quiet. (Why do I keep repeating this word the past few days, I dunno).
I prefer running actually.
And Karate.
And dancing.
And anything that gets the sweat rolling down faster.
But, I have left Karate for more than 10 years now.
I’m not sure if I can still kick and punch without starting from zero a.k.a White belt.
FYI, I was one step to getting my black belt before I decided to stop. *sigh*
Dancing?
There’s no place in Keningau that teaches dancing without having the commotion of old Chinese ladies who prefer gossiping about the others’ wealth and such than perfecting their dancing skills (at least, that’s what mom told me).
Running.
Yeah..running.
Simple and cheapest way to stay fit.
Thing is…running means less nap time.
I know, that’s not a good excuse.
But perhaps, it is a good excuse to buy Wii Fit.
I can get my heart pumping with Aerobic exercises without having the worry to disturb my nap so that I can run before the sun sets in!
Hubby would be delighted as well cos he gets to exercise from home.
You have to buy the Wii console first though, hunny.
Only then we can talk further about getting other games for our home-bound exercise.
*snap*snap*
Chegu, a Nintendo Wii will cost *cough* your hubby a few grands.
Running every evening for at least an hour doesn’t cost you much.
So, let it go.
Just go! Run!
Ok.
When?

I think it’s alot of people’s reso to work out…i see so many people at the gym nowadays! Me and some of my collegues started a gym roster which we put rite at the bloomberg terminal which is central to our cubicles…you tick everytime you go to the gym then we get to see who’s been going most frequently in the week! Hahhaha..it seems to be working!! How long- thats the question though! Hehhehe
now, thats a brilliant idea fara! i should do a roster too!
