…is my typical breakfast on working days.
Actually, most of the time I would go for fried chicken, plain rice and some cooked vegetable.

I eat three big meals a day religiously especially on week days.
Breakfast starts before 7am, tea break/lunch between 10am-1pm and dinner around 7-8pm. I always prefer plain rice in my meal. But, I don’t usually munch in between the big meals except for coffee. That probably explains why I don’t stock up on fats quickly (well, besides having high metabolism lah).

You eat what I eat too?

    Big meal?? Lucky u.. Badan itu juga mantain.. Envy oh hihihi.. Bukan mcm saya ni, baru terhirup angin pun boleh naik kilos hahahaha..

    Aduii cath, kalau ngam2 sia minum air time baca komen ko ni, buli tersembur keluar eh air hahahaha. Ada bah I read in Women’s Weekly something about the glucose in food such as rice is actually one of the reason people can stay slim. Tapi itulah i think provided that people have high metabolism. Nanti sia baca balik and share.

    My big meal normally time dinner ja. Klu d ofis, teda munch2 apa2 jg. Tp klu d rmh mcm skrg, sia mmg hantu snacks specially keropok. So, itu buncit mmg jelas kelihatan. Hmm.. Mcmana laini mau pakai cheongsam cny nx year. Yayyy..

    Hehe nanti mau dekat2 cny sudah baru berabis kasi slim down :)

    Masak sendiri ka ni Kay? Breakfast, kadang2 ada. Biasa main bili di gerai pas htr budak2 p skul. Jrg mkn nasi waktu pgi except nasi lemak/nasi goreng plus kopi. Lunch, heavy. Dinner, bru juga sia start inda ambi heavy meals. Mau diet lah kunun ni. In between, memang misti ada kupi-kupi. Klau teda kopi, inda dpt fokus kerja :)

    Manada, makan di kantin ni dith. Sa mana rajin bangun awal mau masak :)
    Actually kalau ada banyak options breakfast yang lain, I would go for noodle soup ka, wantan ho ka, dim sum ka etc…tapi ini saja lah yg ada di kantin kami selain daripada fried noodles, fried rice, nasi lemak, kueh mueh. I dont usually eat fried rice and fried noodle sebab I can only eat so much before I feel tekak macam kena stuffed with oil.

    Sa pula light breakfast kecuali lapar betul, take heavy lunch…but dinner little rice saja tu pasal kadang2 pagi pandai lapar tahap gaban hihi…but i have to control ma food intake cause me ada case hypertensive before but now its goin normal tapi tu lah control berabis ni tu makan

    Oh ya, i read about ur hypertension prob. I think it’s what type of food u eat rather than quantity bah tu kan?

    I do not have the luxury to eat 3 big meals a day like you Kay. If I start doing that, nda lama sia jadi dorom ;P Like Cath, I’m trying to lose weight la ni. It’s hardwork!! Oh, to answer your qs, breakfast sia makan toast (2 keping) or cereal. Lunch, mkn sandwich or leftover lauk semalam and dinner normally mkn nasi + ikan + sayur or ayam + sayur combo. If Alex malas masak, kami end up mkn fish and chips (bikin gumuk).

    On the contrary, kalau sia di rumah…usually kalau ada leftover from last night dinner, itu sia bikin makan breakfast tu hehe. You know Liz, sia tida pandai makan cereal. I tried beli kunu2 utk breakfast la juga tapi sampai sekarang masih lagi penuh tu satu box sia beli hehe

    Betul cakap ko psal plain rice tu. Sa pula ada baca minum plain water pun bikin slim sbb dia buat kita rasa kurang lapar and mkn pun sedikit saja.

    BTw, tu ikan guring bah…sadap makan sambil cicah lada kicap. :P

    Oh hehe iya the plain water tips mmg work out juga tu kalau mau tahan2 tu lapar…itu ikan guring tu kalau lunch memang ada cicah lada dia tu ^^

    Yup, my breakfast is similar to this during workdays. Makan di canteen…senang ja.

    Yep, i also makan di canteen. Tried to prepare breakfast at home tapi as time passes by, malas saya mau bangun awal to set up everything. ^^

    Ya type of food and quantity juga last time sa berat chegu hehehehehe….in order mo kasih turun tu pressure i was advised by doc to loose weight juga…my weight dulu kepala 7 woh hahahaha….

    Ko tau Chegu… sometimes sia skip breakfast, and if I get hungry, I’ll just go to the pantry at work and makans biskut. Hehee.

    used to have the same eating regime, thinking that my weight will never pass 45kg(iya la. high metabolism and stuff), until 5 years ago when I was transferred to my workplace and gained 5kg in less than 4 months!…blamed it to good and cheap food in Sibu, Sarawak.

    Envy that metabolism of yours, dear.. really!..
