Breeze 4th Anniversary party

Just sharing some photos and what’s happening during the party.
First all, the photos that will followed are just us and none of the party programs. Sad, I know.
Upon reaching the venue, we were ushered to take photo at the Glamour Wall. You know, the place where you are supposed to feel like celebrity attending..urrmmm…celebrity event.
The only no-us-in-the-picture photo. This was taken before the event started.
The party started bit late and kicked off with the Breeze Model Search finale. Although, I’ve read it was the highlight of the party, I couldn’t but think that it should not be. To be frank, I felt bored before the model search was even half way through.
This was my first time attending Breeze anniversary party. After so many great raves about the previous parties, I was kind of having this high expectation on the party. Well, not that the party wasn’t fun. It was just not…urmm..up to my expectation. And it probably because I was all for performance fun, not model pageant fun. There were Alvin My, Angelina Perete and even Nadhira (Tear Us Apart) and I was excited to see their performances. But earlier boredom with the model search program somehow stole a lil’ bit of my excitement and when it was time for these artistes’ performances, I felt ‘kurang tenaga’ to give my all out support.
Anyhow, Alvin’s Adelise song (a song he dedicated to her daughter) didn’t fail to get me singing together, albeit knowing only the chorus. “Gagagigigagagi, lalalililalali, mamamimimamami, dadadididadadi..”
Angelina Perete is one hot mommy singer with melodious, jazzy voice that was so beautiful, I felt pity she had to sing much later.
I’ve heard of the song Tear us Apart but didn’t know it was sang by Nadhira, a Malaysian born song-writer and singer. And I didn’t know her until I watched her video clip of the song Rindu. She has unique voice that I like. And again, I felt pity that she had to perform much later at the event cos people were much engrossed with themselves after the model search finale ended rather than paying attention to the performances.
I didn’t take any photos of the performances by the way.

She’s one of the Best Dress nominees but she went home early. I bet she could have won if she stayed.

Thanks, one of my fav long dress. I can be bohemian girl at one time and red carpet glamour in the other in this dress. ^^

Baru sa tebaca ni entry. It’s true. I felt a bit listless during that night. Anniversary party should be a party, instead of being served with beauty pageant competition (in my personal opinion la) Furthermore, the place was a bit cramp, not really suitable for that kind of event. Sa mau blog about that night tapi tiada motivasi. Hehehehe..
Anyways, the guests performers kinda saved the night. However, Nadhira kasian juga la, she performed ujung2 suda where half of the attendees suda escaped.
