Hey ho!
So yeah, I am back from kampung.
It was a great stay. Five nights went away in a blink of an eye.
I was really having the time of my life ( liiii…fe) cos I got to really put my mind and body into relax mode, thinking and doing nothing. Well, of course I did things back home but they weren’t the type of work I would pressured myself to complete. Leisure works I must say. Heck, I even got up at 9-ish or ten on most mornings while I was there.
I would love to put up some photos of stay in kampung.
But.
First thing first…
Our Pink Christmas Tree!
I’ve promised to post up the photo once I’m back, kan?
Here it is!
I’m calling it our MJ’s Christmas tree.
Nope, it’s not Micheal Jackson…. Metrojaya! 
I’ve always admire MJ’s Christmas tree decorations since they opened at Suria KK last year…and wonder how did they make it so nice and pretty. So yours truly, adamant to create one nice MJ-style tree, went there with the hubby several times to just ogle and observe over their Christmas tree decorations. This year, MJ kind of knowing that people like me would steal their ideas that they put up their Christmas tree quite late compared to last year. Fortunately, the day they set up their tree decor, we were there to catch a glimpse of how they do it.
Anyways, more pictures of the tree.
Initially, I have self-made a fuchsia glittering stars (from skewers) to put as the tree topper. However, coming back from kampung, I find the star topper too oblivious to the sight. Even Sean (the nephew) said he wasn’t aware of the existence of the star. On my 3rd attempt to make a much bigger hot pink star topper, I became frustrated cos the star topper that I wanted was not as I wanted it to be. And when I’m down with ideas-shortage, who am I gonna call???? Well, the hubby of course. And yes, he did come with a brilliant idea. Baubles as topper! After putting them up, I somehow feel the tree is now complete. My job is done.
So yeah, that’s tale about my 2010 Christmas tree.

Hehe thank you Arms. We dont put bintang as the topper. In fact the last two years, kami pakai angel jadi topper. This year we just use bauble to finish up the tree. Buat kelainan kunu bah ^__^

whats your theme color? pink juga? maybe it is how you put up the baubles…yg sia buat ni, i dont hang it. instead i kasi use wire and kasi wired each bauble to the branches…and oh, u need lots and lots of balls for this.

try again girl! the ribbon thingy, i tried it last year but failed. then i try again this time and luckily it was a success. the baubles thingy, sia pigi observe balik2 how the baubles were tied to the xmas tree sana metrojaya…mesti tu guard sana pun heran why balik2 sa tingu tu xmas tree saja instead of shopping.
